Responsibilities Taking incoming calls for customer service.
Pickup Requests, Questions, scheduling requests/changes, issues, etc.
Providing support to customers Delivering excellent customer service Answer high volume of calls Requirements Motivated, self-starter who is also a team player Organized, displays time management skills Ability to control emotion during potentially high-stress situations Demonstrates the ability to listen effectively Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism Computer skills necessary Benefits Compensation is $18-$20 per hour Vacation days and 8 paid major holidays Job Type:
