The Village of Gilberts, Illinois is an established suburban community of 8,300 residents located in northern Kane County.
The Village is seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Maintenance Worker within the Public Works Department.
This position operates a variety of equipment in snow removal, construction, repair, maintenance and replacement of Village infrastructure and facilities.
This position will report directly to the Public Works Crew Leader.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Class B CDL W/Airbrake High School Diploma or GED The expected starting hourly wage is $20.
12-$26.
51 DOQ with excellent benefits including vacation time, medical/dental insurance, and IMRF participation.
This is a full-time non-exempt position.
