The role includes helping with installs, driving parts and equipment, and learning installs.
Incremental raises will be received based on hard work.
After 1-2 years, applicant should be able to become installer lead and will get between $24-$26 an hour with ability to be over $30 an hour in just a few years.
Room for advancement in the company.
401k, healthcare, company van all provided to FT employees.
Yearly raises as well.
Responsibilities:
Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner.
Load and unload vehicle.
Assist with installs on ACs and Furnaces.
Learn the installation process.
Qualifications:
Hard working.
Dependable.
Trustworthy.
Clean driving record.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Deadline-oriented.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
